Greg Valliere, Horizon’s Chief Global Strategist, was a panelist last night at the Wall Street Journal CEO Council. U.S. Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, told the attendees, “a government shutdown is unlikely” and expressed guarded optimism that Congress can get some things done, next year.

Mitch McConnell joked, “Nancy Pelosi has her own Tea Party to deal with.” Other speakers including optimism that Congress can get some things done, next year.
