Latest acquisition further expands suite of consulting solutions Horizon offers to financial advisors.
Horizon, a wealth services firm providing investment solutions, technology and customized support designed to help financial advisors better serve their clients and grow their practices, announced today that it has completed the purchase of LSA Portfolio Analytics (LSA), a Missouri-based provider of outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) services.
Founded in 2005 by Brad Kasper and Ryan Kasper, LSA provides independent financial advisors with access to a range of OCIO-focused offerings, including research, portfolio analytics and investment models. The firm serves more than 200 advisory firms across the country, helping advisors navigate portfolio construction and investment decision-making on behalf of their clients.
“Brad and Ryan have built an impressive business and a reputation for producing the type of research, analytics and portfolio modeling approaches that have helped their clients navigate years of volatile markets,” said John Drahzal, President & Chief Executive Officer with Horizon. “As we continue to expand our OCIO capabilities, it became clear that their expertise and approach would be a strong addition to what we’ve built at Horizon, and we are very excited to welcome them to our team.”
Brad and Ryan will each join Horizon in the role of Director of Account Management, Consulting Solutions, and will report to Austin Fitch, CFA®, Head of Consulting Solutions for Horizon.
“The advisor-first philosophy that our two firms shared was obvious from our first conversation, and the opportunity to work with Austin and our other new colleagues to expand the reach of what we’ve built was a very exciting proposition,” added Brad Kasper. “We’re thrilled to be joining Horizon and look forward to continuing to engage with all of our existing clients and all of the advisors with which Horizon has built such strong relationships.”
Horizon’s latest acquisition is its third in the past 18 months, following completed acquisitions of Anfield Capital Management earlier this summer and Centre Asset Management in April 2025.
As the firm has grown through acquisitions, it has also significantly expanded its suite of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Horizon entered 2025 with no proprietary ETFs and today offers 16 active ETFs, which collectively represent more than $4.5 billion in assets under management.
“What stood out to us about Brad and Ryan was not only the expertise they bring, but the relationships they’ve built with their clients,” said Austin Fitch, CFA®, Head of Consulting Solutions for Horizon. “They share our belief that truly understanding an advisor’s business and delivering a high level of service and support is fundamental to helping them grow. That commitment is at the heart of our mission to fuel advisor growth, and we’re excited to bring their experience to Horizon and build on what we can deliver for advisors together.”
